Forgive me if not asking this question in the right place, but as I was developing an extended class for a helper that checks if bootstrap is loaded (in case the extension is to be used in non bootstrapped templates), I found that Protostar front-end template does not load bootstrap css from jui, rather it makes use of it's own template.css with all the bootstrap css classes.

My question is: being a package template, shouldn't it be using jui bootstrap instead of cloning it into its own template and if needed override any css classes to suit template specific needs?

Note: what brought me to this, was that I found that each used <i> button, on protostar, was superimposing the white and black glyphicons on the buttons.
