is anyone having problem with customizing protostar?
i try to make it look like the template thumbnail image but but i cannot
the main problem is i am having with navigation bar on top it comes vertical instead of like in the picture horizontal

and which option will load the sample data

Hi,

I know this post is two months old but it might help other users.

To show your menu horizontally you need to go to Extensions>Module Manager and select your menu module.

From the Details tab change the position to Position 1.

Then go to the Advanced Options tab, and enter the following string in the field Menu Class Suffix: " nav-pills" (the string start with a space, don't forget it)

This should work just fine.

Yes, this was extremely helpful! I started building a 3.0 the other day never have building a website ever. I have been trying to figure this out for the last couple of hours and am greatful for your solution! Thanks
